Croxon Ramsay were the lead Consultant on this project and provided full design, contract documentation and contract administration services. The Elstenwick Sports and Community Facility is a new sporting community facility for Bayside City Council. The building is designed to create a multi-purpose and flexible 2 storey sporting and community facility, with gender neutral changerooms and suppport spaces on the ground floor and VAFA Administration and Community Rooms on the first floor. The key stakeholders were; Sport & Recreation Victoria, State Government, Victorian Amateur Football Association (VAFA), AFL, AFL Victoria and Old Melbournians Football Club. Croxon Ramsay worked closely with Bayside City Council and the Key Stakeholders to ensure the needs of all parties were met.
