The works also include extensive landscaping to create a new internal courtyard, viewing terraces and undercroft external areas.

The Banksia Reserve Sports and Community Facility is a new sporting community facility for Bayside City Council. The project addresses the need for the growth of sport within the area, to meet the requirements of the community and assisting in building a stronger, more cohesive and sustainable local sporting community. The project created an exciting opportunity to create a multi-purpose facility that houses football, cricket and tennis clubs and provide greater access for the community, with new social and meeting spaces and spectators areas. With the growing number of members and the existing pavilions not meeting the needs of the club and limiting participation, the new building includes changerooms, umpires rooms, first aid, kiosk and an upper level kitchen, social and meeting spaces. The new facility also resolves current issues with the existing buildings, including disjointed club facilities, undersized changerooms, limiting participation through inadequate DDA access and social and financial viability.
Croxon Ramsay have been working closely with Wyndham City Council on the strategies for the Enhanced Neighbourhood Hubs (ENH). The vision for the ENH is to redevelop existing community centres in the municipality to create integrated community hubs, by bringing the services to the community. This includes Customer Service, Planning and Building Services, Kindergarten, Maternal and Child Health, Libraries and community programs.
Point Cook Community Centre is one of Wyndham’s busiest centres. The community is heavily invested in education and life long learning. The Centre was redeveloped to create expanded library services, new group and program spaces, maternal and child health and family services and integrated external spaces.
The project comprises a new 50 meter pool and Learn to Swim pool, with surrounding seating for spectators. In addition new spaces have been created for a weights gym, dance studio, classrooms and administration. There are new wet and dry change facilities to support these activities.
An important aspect was the integration of the new building with the existing buildings. Masterplanning was undertaken to ensure links and connections were created within the campus
